Learning Objective:

Use the concepts of quadrilaterals and properly label the "members" of the Quadrilateral Family on the following Flow Chart:



Assignment: Take Pre-Assessment, watch video about the "Quadrilateral Family", discuss the "family" within your groups, take Post-Assessment

How to complete assignment:

1. Open Pre-Assessment File

2. Print out the "Quadrilateral Family" Tree

3. Watch the following video and follow the steps in trying to identify the quadrilaterals; write the name of each quadrilateral on the worksheet: [1]

4. After completing the Pre-Assessment, hand it in.

5. Within your group, discuss:

     -What did you like about the video?
     -What did you not like about the video?
     -What are the differences between the quadrilaterals?
     -How are the different quadrilaterals similar to a "family tree"?

6. Open Post-Assessment

7. Print it out and complete it without talking in your group or using your notes.

8. Hand-in the Post-Assessment
