What Is An Open Education Resource?

Open Education Resources (OER) are digital teaching, learning, and research materials available online for public use. OERs are typically used by teachers, students, and self- learners. They include are virtual collections of educational items such as streaming videos, full courses, course materials, textbooks, tests, lectures, assignments and any other educational resources used to provide knowledge.
